How to Keep Your Blood Sugar is Not Too High or Low

We should not underestimate the lack of blood sugar in the body and diabetes disease. Because the effect of too high or low blood sugar can cause damage to your body. The following are how to keep your blood sugar is not too high or low.

In order that the blood sugar is not too low:
1. Eat on time with a balanced nutrition.
2. The sidelines of an hour daily meal snacks with snacks every 2-3 hours can be a fruit or low-fat foods.
3. Do not smoke.
4. Stay away from caffeine and alcohol.

High blood sugar can cause stroke, heart attack and diabetes. But people with diabetes can also be affected by low blood sugar if the excess use of medicine.

High blood sugar has more problems because of its complication and its handling is not easy. To lower high blood sugar level, you should:
1. Avoid stress, use this stress reduction techniques.
Stress body will make it difficult to control the blood sugar, otherwise if the conditions are calm people will be more relaxed to seek lower blood sugar levels.
2. Exercise for 20-30 minutes every day such as walking is proven to help in lowering blood sugar levels.
3. Avoid food like white bread, pasta or rice because it is so high in carbs that triggers the increase in blood sugar.
4. Add cinnamon to food as it makes the body more sensitive to insulin. If the body sensitivity is good to insulin, the body will use a little insulin.
5. Provide a lemon or lime juice because it has the ability to reduce the glycemic index of some food.
6. Change carbohydrate with high fiber and protein food such as raw vegetable, chayote, fruit except bananas, wheat and grains.
7. Drink a cup of green tea everyday.
8. Eat every 2-3 hours, it can be fruit or juice without sugar to maintain stable blood sugar and prevent overeating.

Lowering blood sugar is not a difficult thing even though it needs time.
