Hypertension

Hypertension is a medical condition in which an increase in chronic blood pressure. Hypertension is a risk factor or the cause for stroke, heart attack, heart failure and aneurism arterial, and is a major cause of chronic heart failure.

Classification

Classification blood pressure in adults:

Normal <120 mmHg (and) <80 mmHg
Pre-hypertension 120-139 mmHg (or) 80-89 mmHg
Sporting 1
140-159 mmHg (or) 90-99 mmHg
Stadium 2
> = 160 mmHg (or)> = 100 mmHg
Symptoms
If the hypertension weight can arise following symptoms:
headache
• fatigue
• nausea
• vomiting
• shortness of breath
• restlessness
• blur the view that occur because of damage to the brain, eyes, heart and kidney.

The causes of hypertension:
1. Hypertension is essential hypertension, not yet know the cause (there are at less than 90% of all hypertension).
2. Hypertension is secondary hypertension caused / as a result of the existence of other diseases.
Primary hypertension may have many causes; some changes in the heart and blood vessels can cause increased blood pressure.

The occurrence of secondary causes of hypertension:
